The interview process was great! I knew someone within the company who was able to connect me with the hiring manager of the team. We set up a 30 minute phone call. After the phone call I was asked to come in for a 2- hour in person interview. I met with six people, and they all asked me different questions. Mostly strategy and problem solving questions. Everyone was so nice, and the case study problem was difficult to average. If you come from an influencer marketing background you should have no problem.
Got referred by an alum. It was pretty easy, had two phone interviews, then they flew me out to SF. Once there, I had three 30-minute interviews with two Campaign Managers and the Head of Product. Got a call about two weeks later with an offer.
This role is very analytics-based, so if you're not data-driven, this isn't the job for you. You must be very organized and able to self-manage your tasks because the workload can be a lot at times. Overall, a great place to work with really good benefits!
