Candidate-reported interview process

Applied through an employee referral. Was in touch for over 2 months, then got ghosted. Reconnected, went through the whole interview process, but then was left hanging for another 6 months before being ghosted again.

After applying online, I got an email the next day to schedule a phone interview with a recruiter. Then I had another phone interview with a manager before getting invited to an onsite. I really enjoyed meeting the team and being able to interview with the founders. After my onsite interview, the co-founder and I met at a cafe to discuss the role in depth and my future goals. It was a pretty easy interview and everyone seemed easy going which made me feel a lot calmer.

I had a REALLY good interview process. It was on-site and I met with 4 team members. Everyone was nice, asked interesting questions, and really showed me what the culture is like. They answered all my questions and the interview experience was a big reason I accepted their offer.
