Candidate-reported interview process

I had a 30-minute one-on-one video call with the customer support supervisor. We talked about the job and what the role involves. They asked me some normal interview questions, and I got the job offer at the end.

the interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a quick 15-minute phone chat, and then the next day, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone for about 30 minutes.

It was an in-person interview that lasted around 30 minutes. They asked some basic questions. I felt comfortable and it was pretty relaxed. Two people were there. I also had to read some sample scripts.
