It was a multi-stage interview process with four rounds total. There were significant gaps in communication between stages, sometimes weeks or months. The overall hiring timeline was quite extended and drawn out. However, the actual interviews themselves were good experiences. Most of the questions asked were behavioral and tailored to the specific job, rather than generic.
Applied online and heard back from the hiring manager on a Sunday night for an interview. I replied the next morning and it was scheduled for later that week. When the time came, I joined the Zoom call but the interviewer didn't show up. I got an email saying something came up and they asked for my availability. I provided it, and after reminding them, the interview was rescheduled. The interview itself was only 10 minutes long, the shortest I've ever had. They said they'd get back to me the next week but never did. I saw the role was then taken down from the website. I'm glad it didn't work out, especially for a job paying only $55k.
There were 3 interviews total. First was with HR to check my qualifications. Second, I met with my potential Supervisor and some coworkers to talk about my past work and why I'd be a good fit. Third was with upper management, and they asked a lot of the same questions as the second interview.
