Candidate-reported interview process

My interview experience at the ASPCA was really great! I enjoyed meeting everyone, and they were all very friendly. The whole process was super organized and ran smoothly.

I talked to a recruiter on the phone. The questions were pretty easy, and I got to ask a bunch of my own questions at the end. About a week and a half later, I heard back about a second interview.

So I had a few interviews. It started with a phone screen, then I went in person to meet with someone from HR, and then I met with a department head. I didn't end up getting an offer, which is fine 'cause it wasn't really the right fit for me. But the people there seemed really great! I know they have some bad reviews on Glassdoor, but everyone I met was super nice and friendly.
