Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had 3 levels, with 2 virtual rounds and 1 in-person. Started with a recruiter call asking general questions, then moved to a senior person, and the final round was with other leadership. Overall, it was a great experience and I learned a lot.

It was a bunch of zoom calls, starting with the recruiter and then a whole panel of 4 or 5 people. It took about a week or two between each step to get an update.

This was a multi-round interview for a remote director role. It included a chat with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with some of my future peers. They also gave me two short, timed projects that were relevant to the job.
