It was a bit all over the place, you know? A few rounds, with different people interviewing me, and they had this big take-home assignment. They didn't really give me a heads-up on how long it would all take. Honestly, it felt like they weren't totally sure what they were even looking for or what the job would really entail.
First, there was a Skype interview where they asked me general questions about my interest in animal welfare. Second, I had to create a one-minute video asking my representative to co-sponsor a piece of legislation that's currently being considered.
My first interview was a phone call where they asked me basic stuff like my strengths and weaknesses, why I want to be in the industry, and what my past supervisors would say about me. The second interview was in person with two interviewers, and it was more about behavior-based questions, like asking me to describe a stressful situation and how I dealt with it, and how I prioritize my work.
