You apply online. If they like your application, you'll have a panel interview. You'll have to present your research using a slide deck. They will ask you questions afterwards to see how you think and communicate.
You have to get ready a short presentation of your past projects to present. The whole interview took about 30 minutes, it began with an intro, then the presentation and after that they asked some questions about it. At the end, you can ask them questions.
I didn't actually get to the interview part. A current intern mentioned that they mostly hire PhDs, but I had just finished college. They apparently focus a lot on the resume.
