The whole thing was online. The first few bits were a pre-recorded thing, and then later on it was a panel interview. It was pretty simple, and HR was nice, but they didn't always tell me the timelines clearly. Most of the first interviews were also about behavior and not technical stuff.
Had a video interview with some aptitude questions, only had like 1-2 mins to answer each. Then, there was a written test with questions about financial modelling.
We started with a recorded video call where I had to answer some questions. Then there was a group interview with some of my potential colleagues. After that, I had a one-on-one chat with the director general and the manager. Finally, the HR recruiter called me for a Q&A session about the job and where it's located.
