Candidate-reported interview process

It was a two-round process, and both rounds were face-to-face. The first round covered basic to intermediate topics, while the second round delved into advanced topics requiring good knowledge.

Ashoka's interview process is comprehensive and can involve many interviews with many people all over the org. They were looking for a specific level of passion for and understanding of their mission: Everyone a Changemaker, and a myriad of other criteria.

The interview process is pretty relaxed, but they really dig into why you're interested in Ashoka and what you can bring to the company. They're looking for people who are super entrepreneurial or have that intrapreneurial spirit, so be ready to share how you've started something new or made a difference inside an existing organization.
