Candidate-reported interview process

It was a very friendly and thorough process. It consisted of an entire day interviewing for about 30 min for each person I would interact with, from the plant manager to process engineers. Behavioral questions and small talk. Fairly casual, very thorough. They all seemed like great people, I had another offer but it was an incredibly tough decision.

They gave me a call and interviewed me on the spot by asking basic questions. The interviewer was nice and friendly. They primarily needed a chemical engineer for the position. However, they called me even though my major is industrial engineering.

The interview was quite informal but still provided good information. The interviewers were laid-back and seemed genuinely curious about my career goals and what I was looking for in a role. It was a really nice interview experience overall.
