Candidate-reported interview process

You do a practice lesson, they give feedback, you revise the lesson, and then you meet with school leaders. References were checked.

The interview process was really bad. They do demo lessons for teachers, not students. It's mostly behavioral questions, not about your actual skills or what you know. There's a lot of favoritism. Also, they mentioned teachers leave often during the school year, so their hiring process isn't efficient.

For the interview, candidates need to prep a lesson, then teach it either to other candidates or in an actual classroom. After the lesson, they'll answer some follow-up questions.
