Went through some virtual meetings, then there was a selection day event. The hiring day had a written test and then a round robin of interviews with various departments. The interviews were mostly condescending. It felt performative. The only person who seemed genuinely interested and polite was the CSO. We had a deep discussion about coaching, learning, and teaching methodologies. The other 'stations' were dismissive and performative.
Heed the warnings that you get during the interview. Interviewed with the CPO and KM, horrible. The CPO abruptly ended the interview when I mentioned I couldn’t meet the CEO in person the next day. Don’t ignore the warning signs.
