The interview process was quick and friendly, with interactive interviewers who seemed knowledgeable. It started with a phone interview, followed by a resume review and a technical skills assessment, which felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
I got in touch with a recruiter and after an initial conversation, I had a Skype interview. Three interviewers were there, but only two of them asked questions. They started with some small talk about the weather and traffic. Then, they talked about the project and what technologies they use and what they expect. They asked mostly open-ended technical questions that led to discussions. For example, they asked about my experience with Knockout.js. The interview took about 45 minutes.
The interview process was pretty standard, like most places. It involved some one-on-one phone calls, and then I went on-site for interviews with the hiring manager, some senior leaders, people at my level, and the team. They dug into the business side of things and also did a technical deep dive.
