Candidate-reported interview process

Applied on Indeed, and then got a call the very next day. Had a great conversation with the service manager, and he gave me a rundown on the dealership, their struggles, and his plan to negate those struggles.

The interview was really interesting, and it gave me a chance to show what I can do, talk about my past jobs, and get to know the team. I also learned more about the job and the company.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I had a phone interview with the controller, assistant controller, business manager, and HR. They were interested in hearing about my previous work history and what I was looking for in the position they needed to fill.
