Candidate-reported interview process

It is more technical rounds. not difficult.just go via CCNA.

I'm pretty knowledgeable about their products and have most of the certifications. I went through the initial phone interview and did great, but then they told me the contract for the job was gone. I later found out they often post jobs that aren't real, just kind of guessing if they might have work. I bet most jobs you see aren't actually open unless they're in California. I asked the recruiter about a few postings and they basically said 'that doesn't exist' 2-3 times. I usually do well interviewing at other big companies and VARs, so I don't think it was me. Honestly, I felt it was a waste of time. I stopped looking at their positions because there were so many fake leads.

There were two phone calls, one was a background check and to see if I was interested in the role, the second one was a technical interview. Also, I had to take a personality test.
