We started with a quick call, then had a full day of interviews with 4 technical rounds. After that, the hiring manager talked to me to see if I was a good fit and if I was actually interested in the job. Finally, HR discussed the offer and salary.
The interview covered networking and wifi, going deep into packet level details and the dot1x process. They also asked about regular expressions, Layer 2 and 3 concepts, testing methodologies, and questions about my previous work. There were also some logical questions to assess thinking abilities and basic scripting knowledge.
The interview process included a phone screen, followed by an in-person (F2F) interview, and then an HR round. Overall, the technical part was quite manageable. They asked mostly about coding, data structures, algorithms, and how to optimize code. Socket programming questions were a bit challenging. They also included scenario-based tests and questions about framework knowledge.
