It was a 2 hour long video that was split into three different rounds. Questions generally asked about background, interests, work style, but the conversation was generally cold and judgmental.

It started with a written task, then I had three interviews, each lasting 30 minutes. Each interview had two senior staff members from different departments. The questions were pretty straightforward and specific to the job.

I was sent a writing task about an artist and their work biography via email. Then, I was asked to discuss it during the interview and answer other typical interview questions. The whole process took about 3 weeks to get a response.
