Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty chill, a lot of questions about situations, and they asked a ton about my past experiences, what I knew about the company, and what values I held. I made it to the second round where I had to write a short annotation for a piece. Sadly, I didn't get it.

The interview process was very friendly and informal. It consisted of one round with the director of the department. They asked questions based on my resume. I received feedback within a week, and the entire process from application submission to offer took about 3 weeks.

The interview process wasn't too bad, but it had many rounds, making it quite extensive. There was also a rescheduling 5 minutes before an interview was supposed to start, which seemed like bad planning on their end.
