Started with some cognitive and behavioral tests, then there was a recorded interview that felt totally impersonal and one-sided. If they're looking for someone who can connect with surgeons, this recorded thing doesn't seem like the right way to find that out. It doesn't really show how someone is in real life, whether they do well or poorly on these tests.
the interview process was pretty easy and straightforward, not really trying to challenge me. it felt warm and welcoming, and a delightful experience overall.
