Started with an HR phone chat. Then, a phone chat with the Hiring Manager where they mainly asked about my resume and past experience. The last interview was on-site, a 3-hour session where I met with different people every 30 minutes - some were HR, some were team members, and others I would work with. This last part had a mix of behavioral questions and questions about my previous jobs.
The interview process was split into two rounds. The first round was with technical leads, and the second round was with a hiring manager. Both the technical leads and the hiring manager were very easy to talk to. They both asked me to walk through my resume. There were very few technical questions, and no DSA questions. It was a very positive experience overall.
I had an interview with 2 hiring managers and a recruiter. The HR screening was pretty basic. The company seems like a good place to work, but the interview process itself was challenging.
