Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 3-part virtual interview process. The first interview was a phone call, followed by an in-person interview on campus. They were really interested in hearing about my past experiences and what I'm hoping to get out of a role.

I had an interview with the recruiter, then a Teams interview with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview which included two group peer interviews and two individual interviews with the hiring manager again.

So first there was a phone interview with the hiring manager, just to go over the role and the company really quick. After that, I had an onsite interview with the hiring manager and HR. Then, I got invited to a second onsite interview where I had to do this online personality test questionnaire. The second onsite interview was with the same people, and I had to come up with and present a short case study. The very last part was a final interview that was basically based on how I did on the personality test.
