Arthrex Manager interviews, decoded.

I've interviewed with this company multiple times. They were always on time and polite with their communications, and most importantly, they respected my busy schedule as a candidate. They didn't keep me hanging or wait too long for feedback. While I didn't get selected in the final round, the way they treated me left a positive impression. When most companies ghost candidates and treat them like junk mail, this company is a breath of fresh air.

It was a really long and unorganized interview process. Took way too long. Lots and lots of interviews, including talking to the same people multiple times. I had no clue what was going on or what to expect next. Then, a whole bunch of in-person interviews all on the same day, back to back. No breaks, no time to eat or even use the restroom.

The interview experience was made unpleasant by one surprisingly unfriendly interviewer. The others were nice and friendly, though perhaps a bit uninterested. The follow-up communication was also not great.
