Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 30 minute chat with the recruiter to go over the co-op and then another 30 minute chat with the manager and a team member over Teams. The recruiter asked general interview questions and told me about the co-op.

The interview was 3 rounds. It started with a recruiter chat, then a hiring manager chat, and then an onsite interview where you'd meet multiple people. The interviewers were nice and professional, and the experience was good overall.

Applied via LinkedIn. Had an initial HR phone screen, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a half-day onsite with several parts: 3 one-on-one interviews, a skills test, a team interview, lunch, and a final short chat with a department manager.
