Arthrex Analyst interviews, decoded.

I had two interviews, each about 30 minutes, back-to-back. The first was with HR, where they asked about my availability and to summarize my resume in five minutes. The second was with an IT professional from the company. Both interviewers seemed really positive, repeatedly saying my experience and work ethic were a great match for the job and that I had a good shot. However, about 1.5 weeks later, HR called to say while the conversations were good, the team had decided to move forward with other candidates who were a better fit. It was pretty disappointing given the positive feedback.

Had an initial phone screen with HR, then a video call with the hiring manager. After that, they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. Afterward, I was left in the dark.

The process was very good and helped me to value myself. They worked with a very good consultancy, specialized in the area in question. So even the first contact, the recruiter knew a lot about the area and the company.
