Candidate-reported interview process

First there was a quick HR Screening. Then I spoke with the Campus Director about my background and some behavioral stuff. After that, there was a technical interview to see if I knew the content. Then I interviewed with both the Campus and Regional Directors for more behavioral questions. Finally, I had a case-based interview with the regional coordinator.

The interview process was super communicative, thorough, and well-designed. It was honestly the best interview process I've had. You get to meet people from both the local office and HQ, which helps you learn a lot about the company, its teaching methods, and the scope of the job.

I was contacted by this organization about an Associate Director role. After a quick call, they set up an interview. But, at 4pm the day before, I got an email saying the job had changed to Campus Director, which is the role above the one I applied for. I wasn't qualified for that, and I was pretty annoyed about the bad communication and the last-minute change. So, yeah, I didn't get the job.
