Candidate-reported interview process

They do job fairs all the time cause of how much people quit. If you go to one, fill out an application and you'll probably get interviewed right there, so be ready. It's usually a face-to-face interview, and then they'll do a phone interview too where a couple of people will interview you over the phone since it's a phone sales job.

Both times I interviewed it was pretty painless (I worked there twice). The first time I interviewed with the manager directly, the second time it was a panel type of interview. The questions were very standard for the type of company and position I was hired for.

I went to a hiring fair and the whole thing took over 3 hours, mostly just waiting to talk to someone. They give you an application to fill out, and after you finish that, you take an assessment test that can take 45 minutes to an hour. If you pass the assessment, you have a face-to-face interview. If you pass that, then you have a second interview that's done in a room over speakerphone.
