It was a virtual interview where pre-recorded people asked 5 questions. You had 5 seconds to answer and could redo your answer once. Then there was a Skype interview for about 30 minutes with typical interview questions.

I got an email, then we emailed back and forth for a bit until they told me to apply online. After that, I had a phone interview, then a video-recorded interview, and then a Skype interview. A few days later, I got offered the internship.

So there were three interviews total. The first was a phone call just to see what I was looking for. Then I had a Skype interview, though my Skype wasn't working so they couldn't see me. They asked some tough questions. Like what I wanted to get out of the internship and why I'd be a good fit. I also had to do a role-play where I had to sell them an ad slot in an agenda book, but they said they were over budget, so I had to persuade them to buy it anyway. Then two days later, he called and offered me the job.
