It was pretty fast and easy. They had two phone calls, sent over an offer email, and then a Skype interview to meet the manager. It was mostly behavioral questions. They wanted people who were outgoing.
It seemed like an exciting job at first, but they didn't discuss payment ($200 every other week). You don't work in an office, have to pay for gas, and drive a lot if you aren't on that college campus. They made me do a pretend pitch for the planners.
Applied through the website and heard back in three days to interview. I only had one interview, and it was in person. Right when I got there, I had to take a writing test on basic grammar and formatting. Then, I interviewed with two people at the same time. They were really nice and laid back. They asked me behavioral questions and about my past work experience. It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview, not trying to trick me.
