Candidate-reported interview process

I had a Skype interview that was about 30 minutes long. I talked to two women who were really nice and friendly. It was a very laid-back conversation and I actually enjoyed it. They were easy to talk to, and I got a good sense of the company culture just from chatting with them.

I had a simple phone interview. They asked me about my education and previous experience. Unfortunately, the recruiter never followed up with me or replied to my messages, even though the interview seemed to go well. It was a disappointing end to the process since I never heard back.

The interview process was good, making me feel valued. There were several interviews and an after-interview meet and greet. I interviewed in person, not sure if virtual is the same.
