I started with a phone screening, then had a Skype interview, and finally went to an in-person interview day with other candidates. During the in-person day, I met with managers, associates, partners, and HR.
The interview process was straightforward. It primarily focused on assessing your interpersonal skills and how you've handled past experiences. They didn't expect in-depth technical knowledge, only a basic understanding of double-entry accounting principles.
The manager didn't even look at my resume and just kept asking me the same questions over and over in slightly different ways.
