Candidate-reported interview process

The people were nice and it was clear what they were looking for. It's big law, so it is what it is. It was demanding and intense. Everyone was very competent. It was mostly just conversations to get a sense for who I was.

I had a 20-minute zoom call with a partner for the screener interview. They mostly asked behavioral questions or why I was interested in A&P / big law in general. I got about 5 minutes at the end to ask my questions.

I had a screener interview with a mid-level associate. I got a call-back the next day. After that, I had interviews with 2 partners and 2 associates, all back-to-back, via Zoom.
