Candidate-reported interview process

Since I was in another state, we did a phone interview. Both of us appreciated the cost savings. It was run very professionally. They talked about regulations, but mostly asked about my motivation and why I thought I'd be a good recruiter in a new area.

It was a panel interview, mostly about military history, leadership, sales, and recruiting. The process was pretty simple, but you gotta study a bit. Asking your colleagues questions will help a lot.

So, it's like a panel interview where the questions are prepared beforehand by someone more senior. They focus on skill-based tasks. It can be pretty intimidating, so you really need to study up before you face the panel.
