First, you gotta pass the ASVAB exam, which is a written test. Then, there's a medical and physical exam to get through. After that, it's Basic Combat Training and then Advanced Individual Training. You also need to be promoted to at least E-5. Then, you submit an AGR application and have to get selected for it. The last step is attending and completing the Recruiting & Retention training at PEC.
