We start with an initial screening, either a phone or video chat. Then, the first round interviews happen, typically in person or virtually with HR. After that, you'll have second round interviews with senior attorneys or partners. There might be assessment tests for legal knowledge or case studies. We'll also do reference checks by contacting previous employers. Finally, you'll hear from us about the decision – offer or rejection.
I interviewed a lot with the Partners and Associates. Everyone was really nice and smart. It wasn't super stressful, but it was kinda hard. I'd tell anyone who wants to meet smart, nice lawyers to check out this firm.
The process was very professional, I went through a couple of remote interviews and would likely have moved forward to an in-person interview. All my questions were answered throughout the process and the group was very accommodating.
