Candidate-reported interview process

We start with an initial screening, either a phone or video chat. Then, the first round interviews happen, typically in person or virtually with HR. After that, you'll have second round interviews with senior attorneys or partners. There might be assessment tests for legal knowledge or case studies. We'll also do reference checks by contacting previous employers. Finally, you'll hear from us about the decision – offer or rejection.

I interviewed and felt like they were stringing me along for a while. I reached out multiple times and never heard any feedback. This was after going through a panel interview and multiple rounds. It's very confusing why they would allow you to go through 4-5 interviews and never get back to you with any feedback.

I was contacted via email to set up a 30-minute Zoom interview, which was quite fast and efficient. A few days later, I received a phone call extending a job offer.
