Candidate-reported interview process

I sent in my resume, and the principal called me about two days later to set up an interview. I met with the principal, and then later that same afternoon, they had me come back to interview with the whole team, which included some teachers and the assistant principal.

I had an interview with a panel of three people. They asked questions one by one and took notes. Most of the questions were about skills and hypothetical situations. I also got to ask them any questions I had.

I applied to an Elementary Teacher position directly to the school, sending in my resume and cover letter. Then I had an interview with the Principal. The day after that, I was invited back for another interview with an Assistant Principal and a group of teachers.
