This interview process felt way too high-level for what turned out to be a very entry-level job where you can't do anything independently, not even send an email! It made me think they were looking for someone for a senior role. They should have asked if I like being watched constantly and getting rude feedback on simple things.
The interviewers were friendly and approachable. They asked typical STAR method questions. One question was a bit unexpected and felt a little odd.
Applied online and got a call a few weeks later to schedule the first interview. The first interview was with a Dep. Manager and a Senior Auditor. It included a take-home written assessment that was presented in person. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. After that, they called the same day for a second interview. This one was longer and included another verbal interview with a Dep. Manager and Senior Auditor. Then there was a written assessment (no prep needed), followed by a social interview with two more Senior Auditors.
