Aristocrat Manager interviews, decoded.

Started with a video call with the recruiter. Then had a panel interview with the team. They seemed really excited and said they'd follow up. But then... total ghosting from the recruiter. No replies at all, even after I sent a polite update email. Honestly, felt like a waste of time. The people I spoke with seemed great though. But reading other reviews, it looks like ghosting is just how they do things.

This company has very opaque hiring practices. I went through several interview rounds and had great conversations, but they stopped communicating when it came to the final step, even though I mentioned I had time constraints. When I followed up about an offer, they ghosted me. The whole process was very time-consuming and felt like a lot of work for the applicant. One interviewer was really rude and didn't seem interested in what I had to say. They acted unprofessionally and weren't honest about whether they wanted to hire me.

It was a 5-round process in total. I really enjoyed talking to all the smart people at the company. They also responded back really quickly and consistently.
