First, an HR intro to cover the company, what we work on, and so on. Then, a technical interview covering system design and tech challenges, including algo tasks for data structures. Lastly, a check on soft skills and some architectural questions.
It was a 3-round interview process. They covered C# fundamentals, OOPS concepts, structs, design patterns, and database concepts. I also had to discuss my previous projects and adaptability to working in different time zones.
It was a chaotic mess. Two Talent Acquisition Partners couldn't handle the scheduling, communication was poor, and there was no feedback on the agreed date. Both the manager and the Talent Acquisition Partners were unprofessional throughout the entire process.
