Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved a computer test, an assessment, and a certification course with online training. It was pretty straightforward. You had to pay for and pass a course to advance. After that, if you had the basic skills, it was easy to get into the class. An offer of employment was accepted. It was a positive experience and an easy interview.

The interview was like a big group info session. They made it clear that you only earn money if you work, which is fine because I'm a hard worker. Be sure to bring your checkbook as there are fees to get started.

If you passed the training class with a score over 80%, and you handled calls without issues (no swearing or hanging up), you'd basically get the job offer. Some positions also require a drug test.
