It was a quick check of my voice and equipment. Then a background check, and I was given the class times. After that, you take a class for about a month, and then you start working.
The process involved a computer test, an assessment, and a certification course with online training. It was pretty straightforward. You had to pay for and pass a course to advance. After that, if you had the basic skills, it was easy to get into the class. An offer of employment was accepted. It was a positive experience and an easy interview.
The process was a phone call behavioral interview, then a remote excel test, then an office interview with current and past emerging leaders, and finally a third interview with 3-4 directors or executives.
