I spoke with two consultants. It felt pretty laid-back. They asked me behavioral questions, and I got to ask them about the current projects.
Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then I had a virtual interview with a Partner. It was mainly questions about my background, experience, and the role itself, plus a couple of behavioral ones. Didn't even end up using my prepared stuff.
I had a screening call with HR, and then a video interview with someone from the consulting team. They were both really open and friendly, which helped me figure out if it was a good fit.
