Candidate-reported interview process
The interviewers were nice and made me feel comfortable. There were three parts to the process: first, an HR chat, then a practical task, and finally, I met with two people from the communications team.
I spoke with two consultants. It felt pretty laid-back. They asked me behavioral questions, and I got to ask them about the current projects.
Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then I had a virtual interview with a Partner. It was mainly questions about my background, experience, and the role itself, plus a couple of behavioral ones. Didn't even end up using my prepared stuff.
