So there was like a 15 min screening first, then a 1hr technical screening where they went over my qualifications and asked some basic C++ and OS questions. After that, there was a 3 hour panel interview. For the panel, I had to present a project I did, which took about 15-20 mins, and I also had a take home assignment before that. The whole thing was pretty slow, took them a month after the technical screening to set up the panel.
Started with a phone screen, then they sent a take-home test. After that, there was a technical interview with live coding. I ended up not wanting the job after that, but the process concluded with an onsite interview.
I had a phone screening with HR, and if that went well, I was supposed to get a take-home assignment. After that, I would schedule an interview with the team. It was supposed to be a panel interview where they'd ask questions about my resume. The whole process was frustrating and I ended up getting ghosted.
