The interview was a one-on-one meeting held at the office. It was a relaxed atmosphere, not too stressful. The owner is supportive of young individuals seeking summer employment. Additionally, there are extra perks provided during employment at arena sports.

The interview was pretty fun and easygoing, the interviewers were very nice. Most questions made me reflect on life events that might make me good or not good for the job. The interview took place in a public area. I was told after the interview if I got hired.

Started with a phone call about personal interests, then moved to a group interview focused on personality, as they seemed to want someone extroverted. During the interview, we had to show the skills needed for the job.
