Candidate-reported interview process

The interview gave me a good sense of the company, its core values, culture, and what the day-to-day of the role would be like. I spoke with the GM and overall, I found it to be a really fun and personal interview experience.

The interviewer was nice and the interview was in person at the Sodo location. They wanted to learn about me and my soccer background. They made a decision after just one round of interviews. It was a great experience.

The interview was a one-on-one meeting held at the office. It was a relaxed atmosphere, not too stressful. The owner is supportive of young individuals seeking summer employment. Additionally, there are extra perks provided during employment at arena sports.
