The interview started with a brief phone chat, then an in-person meeting with the store manager that lasted about 15-20 minutes. They mostly asked about how I'd handle situations like dealing with an upset customer or a colleague slacking on their duties.

The interview was pretty easy with basic, conversational questions. The interviewer was nice, kept it short, and just wanted to get to know me.

I had a phone interview first and then an in-person one. They asked me for three good things about myself and three things I could improve on. They also asked me about a time I got great customer service. And like other people said, they asked the usual stuff like 'tell me about yourself', and also asked 'who is...'
