Candidate-reported interview process

The whole interview process was pretty good and felt laid back, mostly over the phone. They were clear at the start, and I had to submit a marketing portfolio pretty fast, which was fine. But later on, it got a bit patchy with communication. I was supposed to hear back before the holidays, but I had to chase them for an update. They let me down gently, but when I asked for feedback, they didn't reply. Generally, it was a solid, nice experience, just could have been better with communication at the end and wrapping things up.

The interview was pretty chill and easy. They asked simple questions mainly about my experience and when I can work. It was a good and easy time, and the interviewer was nice and explained things well.

I gave my resumé in-person and they set up an interview for the following week. They asked some intro, behavioral, and situational questions related to the job. I got a call about the job offer a few days later.
