The process included a test, an essay, and a group dynamic. It was a good experience. The company is quite organized, and we were well guided through each step. They offer good benefits for those looking for a first job opportunity.
It was a 3 phase process. First, an online part with English and reasoning tests. Second, an individual presentation. Third, a presentation to management and a case study solution.
The process was quick and the group dynamic was great, with a good atmosphere during it. The manager interview was a bit more tense but went well. The only thing to note was the delay in getting feedback after the interview.
